Barbecued Chicken Wings, broiled
Try this delicious appetizer recipe...nice one!
Ingredients:
- between 16 and 20 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- ketchup, 3/4 cup
- 1 tbsp molasses
- two tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- a half teaspoon of salt
- a quarter teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and pat dry the chicken wings. Remove and discard the tips of the chicken wings; cut each wing in half at the joint. Preheat the broiler and grease the broiler pan. To catch drips, line the inside of the broiler pan with foil. Place the chicken wings on a broiler pan. Mix in the remaining ingredients until well combined. Refrigerate about a third of the sauce until ready to serve.
