Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, cream together the cheddar cheese and butter until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern on top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
